I have been a resident at Brazos Point Apartments since July 2010 and my husband and I love it here! Before moving here we looked into MANY of the apartments available in College Station and we really think we picked the best option for what we pay in rent. It has the perfect mix of square footage, amenities, price, TAMU bus across the street, and great customer service! The place is quiet, and family oriented. Management is absolutely perfect when it comes to meeting the needs of the residents. They even have movie rentals for free at the office! Maintenance is quick and very friendly. The grounds are well kept and they are very careful with the salt water pool which always looks great! Here we feel like we matter. We get birthday cards and monthly newsletters, and that adds to the community atmosphere. We are happy we renewed our lease and we plan to stay at Brazos Point for the next four years when we will leave CS. At Brazos Point I feel at home and for me this is PRICELESS.

I sumitted a maintance request yesterday,Lisa called me within an hr of request,and problems were fixed within few hrs now thats good service.I still dont like the job done on my cealing but can live with it!i gave parking safety a score of 1 only because i wish there was more lighting! however overall this is a great place to live! the friendly staff & clean well kept grounds make up for the few things i dont like.Lisa,Terrance,Rick,Great JOB! yall are the Best!

Very quiet and friendly complex with very helpful management

I would tell them that it is quiet and there are a lot of friendly faces. The Staff is awesome. If anybody needs help the staff is on top of it. This is a place you want to live

I have lived here since 2005, have lived in two different apartments (1 bedroom first, two bedrooms later) and have not have any problems. I will recomend living here.

The best part about staying here is you can catch the bus to campus to save gas. The Aggie Spirit route that picks up for A&M is 34. It’s right across the street and is the first stop so you will have a place to sit. (Especially when the bus starts to get crowed by Fraternity Row) The ride is not too long like most routes and you are also the first stop to get off when the bus is crowed leaving A&M. My apartment is so spacious; rent is a great price for a college student’s budget. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is efficient and quick. This is a really great place to live.

The new guy running the place now is Terrance W and he is great guy and manager. Over all the staff here is great. The staff is so nice, kind, always has a smile on their faces and are very helpful. Any problems you may have they will help you figure it out and get it done in a timely manner. Maintenance has always come right away when I called with an emergency after hours, and they have been friendly. Over all this is a really great place to live.

I love living at Brazos Point. The staff is friendly and incredibly available. Their maintenance teams are efficient and SUPER quick. My apartment is so spacious, and all the amenities I'm offered for my rent price seems like a steal compared to the other places to live. The 20 minute bus ride to campus is a bit of a pain, but apart from that, you're close to pretty much anything you need here in town!
